- Design board with detailed explanations of the design plan ideas

- DIY recommendations when applicable

- Scaled 3D Floor Plan based off of room and currently owned item measurments

- Virtual 3D mock-up concept to see an inspirational "to scale" concept of the space from all angles, including INSPIRATIONAL furniture, large accessory, cosmetic renovations, wall, and built-in item styling. Does not include any item or paint color sourcing!

- *This includes ONE round of changes during the rough drafting phase* Please make sure to select the Dare to Dream Unlimited Client Changes to your package to receive the option of additional changes when you receive your final mock up. This can also be added on after your purchase*

Examples of cosmetic renovations that are applicable (but not limited to):

- Creative recommendations for updating a current built-in cabinet or bookshelf with paint, paneling, or wallpaper, etc.

- Adding wall paneling

- Upcycle recommendations for current furniture pieces
After booking, I will reach out to discuss your project start date and send a detailed questionnaire which includes photos and room mesurements, to be filled out and completed prior to your start date.

Once we have agreed upon a start date, I will send you a contract to be signed. Your date will officially be booked once I receive your signed contract.

Once your project date has started, I will send you your board within 3-4 weeks.

Your project date will be delayed if I do not receive your filled out questionnaire and all necessary materials prior to your start date.
Terms of Services: This item is for 1 room. It is non-refundable upon booking your start date. The total payment for this package is $600 and is paid IN FULL at booking unless a payment plan is otherwise agreed upon.

The project start date does not begin until receiving the payment, signed contract, and completed questionnaire with photos/dimensions of your space and any other requested materials. Your start date will be delayed if the required materials are not received before the listed start date.

Changes: Changes can be added to your design through the designated Add On Option. Change requests will cause delays to the timeline. Rooms may also be upgraded with add on services after the start date, but will delay the final due date.

Feedback: In order for us to stay on track with our project timeline and not cause unecessary delays, we require to receive feedback within 5 days. After 1 delay in feedback, you will then be charged a 10% fee for additional feedback delays, and your project's completion date will also be delayed.

Photos: We would love to see the final product once your home has been styled! Please send us high res photos of your home if possible, and be advised that any photos sent may be used for promotional purposes, including the before pictures of your home! Please let A Bold New Hue know if any before or after pictures are not able to be shared. If you share your newly designed space to social pages, we would also greatly appreciate your support by tagging us! Our business is run 100% through social pages and referrals, so your support means the world!
