-  Furniture and large accessory sourcing based on budget and needs. Accessory examples: Rug, Lighting, Pillows, Shelving, Wall Art, etc.

-  Paint color and large cosmetic item sourcing such as tile, wallpaper, hardware, etc. based on budget.

-  Design board with detailed explanations of the design plan

-  DIY recommendations when applicable

-  Google Doc to keep track of your item total and clickable links to purchase the items at your convenience.

-  3D Floor Plan based off of room and item measurments

-  Virtual 3D mock-up concept to see a "to scale" concept of the space from all angles.  

-  Includes unlimited changes

 

Additional examples of cosmetic renovations that are applicable (but not limited to):

- Creative recommendations for updating a current built-in cabinet or bookshelf with paint, paneling, or wallpaper, etc. 

- Adding wall paneling

- Upcycle recommendations for current furniture pieces

 

After booking, you are sent a detailed questionnaire to be filled out and completed before your start date is confirmed, unless otherwise notified.

Once we receive the questionnaire, we will confirm your start date.

If needed, we will then set up a zoom consultation prior to your start date to discuss any extra details about the project as well as your design inspo, and you will then send us exact measurements needed for the space before your start date. All requested materials must be received prior to your agreed upon start date in order to stay on time.

Once your project has started, we will send you a rough draft within 3 -4 weeks for feedback. You will then receive the updated design with sourced links within 2-3 weeks from feedback, and final tweaks to be made and delivered within 1-2 weeks from updated feedback. *This timeline is approximate and may change due to varying circumstances*

Once your design is finalized, you will then order your items and use your design plan to put your room together!

 

 

Terms of Services: This item is for 1 room. It is non-refundable upon booking your start date. The total payment for this package is $1450. The price noted in your cart is the 50% deposit to book. Your remaining balance will be paid upon project completion! The remaining 50% is due within 7 days after final project approval. If the balance is not paid within 7 days of approval, you will incur a 10% fee. The project start date does not begin until receiving the deposit, signed contract, and  completed questionnaire with photos/dimensions of your space and any other requested materials. Your start date will be delayed if the required materials are not received before the listed start date.

Changes: Change requests may cause delays to the timeline. Rooms may also be upgraded with add on services after the start date, but will delay the final due date. Change fees will be added to the final balance.

Feedback:  In order for us to stay on track with our project timeline and not cause unecessary delays, we require to receive feedback within 5 days. After 1 delay in feedback, you will then be charged a 10% fee for additional feedback delays, and your project's completion date will also be delayed. 

Product Responsibilty: While A Bold New Hue will do their best to shop for high rated products, they are not responsible should the item not meet your standards once received after it is approved. It is the client's responsibility to research and review all items prior to confirming the shopping list. This also includes sizing. A Bold New Hue can only work based off of the measurements and information given. It is the client's responsiblity to double check the sizing of items for your home (you can mark it out with painters tape in your home) before purchasing, to make sure there are no issues or misunderstanding of product sizing. Should a product not meet your satisfaction upon receiving, it is not A Bold New Hue's financial responsibility, but please inform us for our records and future customers! We can source any new items for you per request at an additional fee. Some items may have a limited stock availability. Should an item run out of stock after the shopping list is received, please let us know and we can assist in finding an alternative for you within 7 days of receiving your final shopping list. These items will not be included in a photoshop mockup unless requested at an additional fee. Keep in mind that colors vary per screen. For any paint colors selected, please make sure to get a paint sample in your home to confirm that it is to your liking before investing in the paint. We are not financially responsible should the paint selection not be to your liking in person.

Photos: We would love to see the final product once your home has been styled! Please send us high res photos of your home if possible, and be advised that any photos sent may be used for promotional purposes, including the before pictures of your home! Please let A Bold New Hue know if any before or after pictures are not able to be shared. If you share your newly designed space to social pages, we would also greatly appreciate your support by tagging us! Our business is run 100% through social pages and referrals, so your support means the world!

Cosmetic Renovation Item Sourcing:

Although we may  include cosmetic renovation ideas in your mockup, we do NOT source specific building or wood materials, including trim or moulding, DIY materials (unless crucial to the design), countertops, or cabinet doors, unless otherwise agreed upon. 

We will incorporate an inspirational example within the design for you to envision, but it is up to you or your contractor to source and size the exact pieces. We are happy to give opinions on item selection during that process though!
